No, not at all. If you think it's a problem then it will be. How do you get them? The same as you would with friends. See girl, talk to girl, get the girl-simple.

It's an good thing that you don't have many friends because it will force you to approach girls instead of relying on friends to introduce you to girls they know.

Wish I had a longer answer for you but just don't worry about it.

I never had a big group of guy friends, wasnt very popular in highschool and then in college I seemed to get all kinds of girls, but never really made a huge group of guy friends. Now Im 28 and in NY and dont have many if any friends to hang out with. How do you go about getting girls this way? Im fairly confident, defenitly am learning alot from your site and the articles you have (all of them are great by the way) But always seem to be a bit of a loner, not that I want to be, but maybe its cause i was in a long term relationship that I moved around alot in, from state to state, and never really had a rooted city where i made a solid group of guy friends. The older I get the more it seems harder to make friends, especially being so busy. How do I go about getting girls as a loner? Is that creepy?

The awakening is the introduction track. You can listen to this whenever you want but it's not really necessary. You start with the track 'The Dive' for a half an hour each day for 14 days before moving on to the next track.

After 14 days you can start listening to 'the dive' track followed by 'Immersion' track (making it a one hour session.

'Quietude' and 'Oasis' can be listened to anytime you want. Listen to 'Quietude' when you are studying or learning and listen to 'Oasis' when you are doing anything creative.

You do this because each track puts you at a different level of brain waves. When you meditate it takes you to one level and when you are studying you are put into another level. Each track is designed to take you to the optimal level for if you desire being creative or focusing better.

And what's the first set or starting point? Is it awakening level one? Awakening prologue? It's unclear on their site.
